Effective October 29, 2026. These terms cover the flagger.gg website and its early access waitlist.
Who we are
flagger.gg is operated by North Bay Opco I, Inc. (a Delaware corporation), 777 Brickell Ave, Suite 500 PMB 1074, Miami, FL 33131 ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you use the site for an organization, you agree for that organization.
Early access
Flagger is not generally available. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, a launch date, particular features or pricing. Features described as "in development" may change or not ship. When we offer access, it will come with its own terms, which will govern your use of the service.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Don't try to disrupt it, get around its security, scrape it in a way that harms it, or submit someone else's information to the waitlist without their permission. Give us accurate information when you sign up.
Our content
The site, the Flagger name and logo, and the content here belong to us or our licensors. You may link to and quote the site with attribution. Code snippets on the site are examples, provided for illustration.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Descriptions of how Flagger works are for information and are not a promise about any future service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
