Effective October 29, 2026. This policy covers the flagger.gg website and its early access waitlist.
Who we are
Flagger is operated by North Bay Opco I, Inc. (a Delaware corporation), 777 Brickell Ave, Suite 500 PMB 1074, Miami, FL 33131 ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the information described here. Contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Waitlist entries. When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the optional company name and note you give us, and the time you signed up.
- Request data. Like any website, our hosting and our network provider, Cloudflare, process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't store your IP address with your waitlist entry.
We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other third-party trackers on flagger.gg.
How we use it
We use your waitlist entry only to contact you about Flagger early access and to understand what teams need from it. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except service providers who host or deliver the site for us, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist entry until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist, whichever comes first.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected] from the address you signed up with. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Where it's stored
Waitlist entries are stored on a server we operate. If you are outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where we are based.
Children
Flagger is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we'll tell people on the waitlist by email.
